Push harder, recover faster, cramp less. Brotein OGC Hydration Salts replenishes exactly what your body burns through sweat and hard sessions, whether you're training, competing or recovering.
Flavoured with a refreshing African Citrus kick, these easy-to-use sachets deliver a premium spectrum of deep ocean minerals and highly bioavailable electrolytes, without the excess sweeteners of standard sports drinks.
The Calcified Atlantic Seaweed® in every sachet is Lithothamnion, a slow-growing red algae harvested from clean Atlantic waters. It brings naturally occurring calcium, magnesium and 70+ trace minerals in a plant-derived matrix your body recognises, working alongside the Magnesium Bisglycinate for absorption without the gut complaints of cheaper mineral salts.

Hydration is part of training. What you replace matters as much as how much you drink.
Losing as little as 2% of body mass in fluid is enough to measurably impair endurance performance.

Sodium is the main electrolyte lost in sweat. Replacing it with your fluids helps your body retain the water you drink instead of flushing it.

Such a fresh taste when you drink it. Rather make it with 750ml water. Less makes it taste a bit salty. But overall great Naartjie type taste

Tastes amazing, almost like naarrjie flavour. Has made a huge difference for my headaches and it’s super refreshing at the gym.

Hands down the best Electrolyte drink I've ever had. I've tried them all and there is no comparison. Considering that there is no sugar in this, I was blown away. Only thing I can comment on is, I wish there were more flavours to buy.

Best hydrate drink! Like this flavour, much better than the cream soda. 💪🏻

Tastes like nartjie or a sweet orange. Really nice its made for 500ml so is perfect for my gym bottle. Also not an insane amount of salt like many of the other products on the market. Really great product, keep it up guys !
