I have seldom used a preworkout without stimulate or caffeine. This was an interesting change. I can definitely feel its effects with endurance training the focus is amazing.

I’ve been using Brotein’s pre-workout every gym session since it arrived, and I’m honestly impressed. It gives me a really good energy boost without making me feel jittery or wired, which is something I’ve struggled with with other pre-workouts. No matter what time I train, I can use this. I’m very pedantic about what I put into my body, especially with supplements, and this one has been a really good find. The energy is clean and consistent, and I like that the ingredient list is straightforward with no unnecessary ingredients added.

After doing an insane amount of research all the good products are overseas were overseas. Down here is just cheap stimulant mixes that cost a arm or a leg. Then I finally found Brotein, which actually has proper dosages of the good ingredients. No itching, no hear palpitations, just putting my body in the optimal state to perform an activity. Perfect, well done guys!

Out of nowhere this has become my staple pre workout. Not as strong as imports, and the taste is not so great. But overall it delivers. Taste 7/10 Profile 9/10 Energy 8/10 It is heavily loaded at a full serving. And will definitely order more
